Create a system that allow applications to schedule events.

Must be possible to schedule events:

• one time or recurring
• as soon as possible or at specific type
• recurring events can happen:
  • at a set interval (5 minutes, 1 hour, etc)
  • at specific times (every day at midnight, every sunday, etc)
• event handlers can be:
  • normal MFWork handlers (on the scredule zone?)
  • specific plugins, that will be perl modules, implementing a specific interface and exist on a specific directory inside the application directory.
