Description
When Google Adsense returns an error when generating the csv file, the AdChecker show HTML.
Must be verified if the returned file is a valid csv file, and only update the present values if it is valid.
Even the Updated at value must be keep unchanged unless the returned content is the expected (i.e. the valid csv file).
